I was extremely impressed. This was my second time renting from you and the people are always friendly and on time and quick to set up. Pablo was great at interacting with my kids while they so impatiently watched them put up the castle! 5 stars all the way!

Great service! Will use again for any event. On time and very generous with the rental with giving extra time at no cost! Kids had a blast equipment was in great shape and very clean. Cost was good and set up was quick and staff was friendly. Reservation was easy and communication was good. Very happy.

We booked online after finding a discount on facebook and Im very glad we found them. They were primpt in answering our questions, friendly during setup and answered our questions, and cleanup was a piece of cake. We will rent again.

I wanted to throw a Birthday party for my 6year old last minute, like within a week notice, so I was scrambling to find someone that can provide this. I loved that your company had many theme options and particularly the Shopkins theme in which my daughter had chose. I texted and got a response. Also got a email contact promptly so it was all set up prior to party. They came on time, quick set up and we're very understanding nice people. Thank you for making an awesome Birthday party for my girl. I will definitely come back.

Everything was great from the first initial message response. Except response could have been just a little faster but I only say that because I had last minute changes on my end and needed a rental ASAP, so I was just worried about trying to find someone at that moment. This was my second time renting a bouncy house from Magic Jump Rentals and it was once again, a wonderful experience. The booking was easy through the Facebook page and customer service was prompt in answering any questions that I had through email. The staff that came to set up our bounce house was professional, courteous and once again answered questions. They were on time and set up and take down we're both fast and easy. I have rented from bounce bins for over 10 years. They continue to disappoint me. I'm so happy I found this company as it seems like bounce bins has a monopoly on this area. Keep up the great service and you will go far. Thank you again!

They made special arrangements for my party because we did not have enough to for a bounce house yet still let us rent table and chairs with free delivery and pick up. Very friendly and supportive staff. Would highly recommend and use again.
